Hi everyone! My name is Avery Howard. I am 21 years old and was born in New Port News, Virginia. I grew up mostly in Colorado Springs, Colorado, after moving here when I was 7 years old. I have 3 half sisters, 3 step sisters, and 3 adopted sisters. Some things I enjoy are dancing, drawing, and talking about Jesus. I have been dancing at my current studio since I was 10 years old, and I now teach kids there, which I absolutely love! I graduated high school in 2022 and decided not to go to college. Over the past few years, I have spent much of my time growing in my relationship with God and reading my Bible. Serving God on a missions trip has been on my heart for a long time, so signing up for the World Race was incredibly exciting for me. This is such a special opportunity to grow in my faith and spread God’s love all around the world. I am beyond grateful for this opportunity, and I hope you will follow along and continue to read about my journey!
